Quarterly Product Drop December 2025

Summary of new features in Re-Leased's December 2025 Quarterly Product Drop — Customer Love Sprint, Credia insurance import, VAT Groups (UK), withhold payments, enhanced concessions, Dynamics 365 beta, and expense instalment templates.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Each quarter Re-Leased packages up its most significant product launches into one summary. For smaller improvements and ongoing enhancements, see the monthly product updates blog.

Customer Love Sprint

In October, our product teams stepped back from new features to focus entirely on your feedback. The Customer Love Sprint delivered improvements across navigation, workflows, and day-to-day usability — all designed to remove friction and make Re-Leased faster and smoother to use.

Credia AI — Insurance Import & Verification

You can now upload insurance policies for suppliers, tenants, and properties and let Credia Extract do the heavy lifting. Credia reads the document, classifies the policy, and links it to the correct record automatically.

For tenancy and lease policies, Credia also checks requirements and flags mismatches for review using Verify with Credia — speeding up compliance checks and helping you stay ahead of renewals.

This feature requires a Credia Plus subscription. To learn more or start a free trial, contact your Account Manager or leave a contact request.

VAT Groups (UK only)

VAT Groups introduce a simpler, more consistent way to manage VAT across your UK portfolio. Once your VAT hierarchy is set, Re-Leased automatically applies the correct VAT code to invoices — saving time, reducing manual entry, and improving accuracy in tax reporting.

Withhold Payments (Client/Trust Accounting)

You can now withhold payment on expense invoices that are under dispute or require further checks. When an invoice has payment withheld, it is excluded from the disbursement process — ensuring nothing is paid until you are ready to clear it.

Enhanced Concessions for Budgets

You can now apply concessions at the budget, schedule, or chart-of-account level, giving you much more control when managing complex tenant arrangements. Five concession types are available: Cap, Collar, Percentage of Rent, Fixed Amount, and Included in Rent.

A refreshed concessions page streamlines setup — including during budget approval — with automatic calculations and improved allocation workflows. These enhancements flow through to budget approvals, owner contributions, area reconciliations, and certificate reporting.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration (Beta)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is now available as a connected accounting integration in open beta. Customers using Dynamics 365 can request access via the Support team. Once connected, your financials and property operations sync in real time across both systems.

Expense Instalment Templates

Expense Instalment Templates make it much easier to manage large expenses paid over multiple periods — such as council rates, insurance premiums, or long-term maintenance contracts. Build a template once and Re-Leased structures the instalments for you.

For UK customers, the feature also adds automatic calculation of the owner's share during vacant periods, ensuring costs are allocated fairly based on occupancy.
