Re-Leased provides a suite of reports to support Non-Resident Landlord (NRL) tax reporting obligations to HMRC for UK property managers. These reports help with completing NRLY forms, verifying tax retention, and meeting quarterly submission requirements.

Available NRL Reports

Annual Tax Report

Used for completing the NRLY (Non-Resident Landlord Year) form for HMRC. Provides a detailed breakdown of taxable income and exemptions applied throughout the fiscal year.

Annual Tax Report — Exemption Approved

Also used for the NRLY form. This version covers landlords with HMRC-approved exemptions from tax withholding.

Non-Resident Tax Journal Report

A comprehensive record of all tax retained, paid, and any adjustments made for each landlord. Use this to verify the accuracy of tax retention against individual landlord accounts.

Quarterly Tax Report

Supports quarterly NRL tax submissions to HMRC. Provides a tax summary for each quarter, aligned with the payment schedule required by HMRC.

Scheduled Reports

The Annual Tax Report, Annual Tax Report — Exemption Approved, and Quarterly Tax Report can all be configured to generate automatically in alignment with your quarterly disbursements to HMRC. You can also run any of these reports manually at any time for your records or audits.
