User Roles control which areas of Re-Leased each user can view or edit. Every user must be assigned a role to access the system.
Default roles are available to all customers; customising roles is available on Pro plans only.

Default User Roles
Re-Leased includes four predefined roles: Administrator, Account Manager, Property Manager, and Read Only.
The Administrator role has unrestricted access and should be assigned selectively. Your account must include at least one Administrator, who acts as the designated point of contact with Re-Leased. See Default User Roles and Associated Permissions for a full breakdown.
Creating Custom User Roles (Pro Plans)
Navigate to Settings > Maintain User Roles.
Click Create New User Role.
Enter a name and specify permissions by selecting the relevant areas of the application.
