Updated over 2 weeks ago

If Re-Leased feels slow or unresponsive, run a quick speed test to check whether your internet connection is the cause, then share the results with support if needed.

How to Run a Speed Test

  1. Visit fast.com (quick) or speedtest.net (more detailed).

  2. The test may run automatically or show a Go button — click it to begin.

  3. Note your Download speed, Upload speed, and Ping/Latency.

Target Speeds for Re-Leased

  • Download speed: at least 5 Mbps.

  • Upload speed: at least 1 Mbps.

  • Ping/Latency: under 100 ms.

Speeds Look Fine but Re-Leased Is Still Slow?

  1. Clear your browser cache.

  2. Collect a HAR file and send it to Re-Leased support.

  3. Let support know exactly where it feels slow — for example, reports, the dashboard, or the property list.
