Navigating the Main Menu

Users in the Asia-Pacific and Europe commonly use the terms "Arrears" and "Tenants," whereas in North America, "Delinquency" and "Leases" are preferred. In this guide, we’ll be using "Arrears" and "Tenants" to maintain consistency. For more information on regional terminology, please refer to our Glossary of Regional Terminology.

1. Dashboard 

The Dashboard is the central hub of the Re-Leased platform, offering a calendar view and quick access to key features. 

  • Click on Dashboard to view My Calendar, switch to the Global Calendar for a broader view, and filter events by user. 
  • Look to the right for items due Today or Overdue. 
  • Utilize the calendar key to display preferred events and tasks. 
  • Access the Arrears Hub, Maintenance Hub, and Inspection Hubs through the tiles, and manage reminders via the orange button.

My Analytics 

The My Analytics tab showcases your top reports. Begin by selecting from the Add chart dropdown.

2. Insights 

Within Re-Leased Insights, you'll find a powerhouse of data that aids in making strategic property management decisions.

3. Properties 

When selecting Properties, you’re presented with a page that lets you manage your property list dynamically. 

  1. Alternate between viewing properties in a list, pinned to the map, or archived ones. 
  2. Import properties from a spreadsheet or add new ones manually. 
  3. Apply filters or search options to find specific properties with ease.

4. Leases/Tenancies 

The Leases/Tenancies page is where you can manage all aspects of tenant engagement. 

  1. Navigate through tenancies sorted by status with the help of the tabs. 
  2. Import tenancies, add new ones manually, or apply various filters for efficient searching.

5. Income and Expenses 

Handling financial transactions is made straightforward on the Income and Expenses page. 

  1. Use tabs to filter between types of transactions and their status. 
  2. Process payments and invoices, use bulk options, and locate specific items with ease.

6. Contacts 

The Contacts tab shows a range of contact types and accounts linked with Xero can access real-time synchronization, offering a centralized location for managing relationships. 

  • Filter the contact list extensively and communicate directly via text, email, or letter. 
  • Add, import, or manage contacts with the comprehensive tools provided.

7. Documents 

Centralize all your documents within the Documents page, with the ability to upload, filter, and search with precision.

8. Reports 

Access detailed analytical data with the Report List and Report Builder, and customize your financial reporting whether you use Xero or Stand-Alone. 

  • Choose between General and Client/Trust Accounting Reports based on your user type. 
  • Customize reports for an in-depth analysis without affecting your account data.

9. Settings 

Personalize your experience with Re-Leased by adjusting settings and managing add-ons and integrations to suit your portfolio’s needs.

10. Help 

For support or resources, click the help icon in the navigation menu. Access in-app customer support, our Help Center, provide feedback, and read the latest updates.
