Credia Advise: Chat with Leases/Tenancies

Using Credia Advise to Chat with a Lease

Understanding and managing lease documents is a crucial aspect of property management. Our new Credia Advise feature simplifies this process by allowing you to query the content of a lease directly from the documents list or the tenancy's documents tab.

This interactive tool provides supporting facts, document previews, and the ability to perform follow-up actions to enhance your lease management experience.

Enabling Lease Chat in Credia Advise

Before you can chat with a lease, you need to enable this feature for the desired document:

  1. Navigate to the lease document from either the Documents list or within the Tenancy > Documents tab.
  2. Look for the lease you want to chat with and select the Contextual Menu [...] next to it.
  3. Choose the option to Enable for Credia.
  4. You can also select multiple documents and Enable for Credia in bulk.

Initiating a Chat with Your Tenancy

With the lease chat feature enabled, you can directly initiate a conversation either directly from the Credia Action Panel or from the enabled document:

From the Action Panel:

  1. Start by clicking on the Add Context button in the prompt window
  2. Then search for your document or tenancy to add it into context
  3. Enter your prompt to receive real-time answers.

From the enabled document:

  1. From the enabled document, click on the Chat with Lease option.
  2. This will open the Credia Advise sidebar, where you can type in your queries or concerns regarding the lease.
  3. Enter your prompt to receive real-time answers.

Interacting with Credia Advise

Using Credia Advise, you gain access to a variety of tools to help answer your lease-related questions:

  • Supporting Facts: Access key information extracted from the lease document to help answer your queries.
  • Document Preview: Quickly preview the lease document without having to navigate away from the chat on the preview window on your left. You can zoom in and out of the document as well as scroll the pages up and down.
  • Reference Navigation: We make it super easy to find the section of the lease that answers your question by providing references that link to the relevant clauses. Click the reference link to find more information.
  • Follow-up Actions: Take immediate action based on the insights gained from the chat, such as updating tenancy details or scheduling maintenance.

By leveraging Credia Advise, you streamline your lease management process, ensuring that you always have the necessary knowledge at your fingertips to make informed decisions and actions.
