Managing Documents for Contacts

This guide serves to assist you in utilizing the new Contact Documents page on our platform. This feature allows for comprehensive management of your contact-related documents, including uploading & organising. 

 

Navigate to Documents for Contacts

Contacts > Documents

 

Uploading Documents

To upload documents against a contact:

  1. Select Add Document.
  2. Upload documents by browsing your files or drag & drop.

 

Creating Folders

Structure your contact documents by creating folders for a particular document type. 

  1. Select Create Folder 
  2. Drag & drop documents you have uploaded into the newly created folder.
  3. Upload documents directly into a Folder.

Download Documents

To download documents:

  1. Select the 3 dots to the right of the document. 
  2. Select Download Document.

Archiving Contact Documents

You cannot directly delete a document against a contact but you can archive. 

  1. Select the three dots to the right of the document. 
  2. Choose Archive Document.
