To reset your password, you must have access to the email account that you forgot the password for, you will get the password reset by receiving an email with a link to set up a new password.
To reset the password:
- Go to the Re-Leased log in page
- Click on the Lost your password? link
- Or click here.
This will take you to the Lost password page:
- Enter the email address that you want to reset the password for
- Click the green RESET MY PASSWORD button
- Check your email inbox for password reset instructions
** Note, if you have locked your account with too many failed login attempts this option will not work, and no email will be sent. If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, get another user on your account to go to Users page on the Settings menu and see if your user has been locked from too many failed login attempts - they can use the link on the screen in the users list to send you an unlock message.
