The Invoices tab of the Contacts menu will show the invoices that are associated with a contact.


To see the Invoices that are related to a contact:

  • Select and open a contact
  • Click Invoices on the left menu

The Related Invoices page shows income invoices and expense Invoices. 

Invoices are also filterable by status:

  • Draft
  • Approved
  • Voided
  • Awaiting Approval 
  • Paid 
  • Overdue 
  • Credit Notes 


Clicking on the Invoice Number will take you directly to the invoice in the Income and Expenses menu.

Adding an Invoice to the Contact


Clicking on the 'New Income Invoice' button will take you to a new income invoice with the Company and To fields automatically filled in.  Use the drop-down arrow to add an expense invoice.
