Clients with Trust Accounting are able to activate a Landlord Portal, which allows the owners to access some basic information about their properties, income and expense analytics, download copies of their owner statements and send emails to their property manager.

Manage the Landlord Portal from the Settings Menu, in the Add-ons and Integrations area.

Name your portal, the name must be unique.  If the name you select has already been used, you'll see an error when you save.  If this happens, adjust the name and save again.

Browse for your banner image, once selected, it needs to be cropped to fit the available space. 

You can tick or un-tick depending if you want the owners to be able to see their balance.

Once you save, the portal will be live.  Owners will not have access until you invite them.
