Xero users can do this in Xero. If the credit allocation has been reversed in Xero, fo a sync via Settings > Manage Add-ons and Integrations > Xero to pull the change into Re-Leased.
Find the credit note to edit or void:
Click Income and Expenses on the green menu, select Income or Expenses depending on what type of credit note you are looking for. Click into the credit note number.
1. Click to view the credit note history
2. Click Allocate Credit to allocate Credit Note to an invoice
3. Click Void credit note to remove it.
4. Click Edit credit note to make changes.
Xero users may also edit or void credit notes in Xero. Push a sync in Re-Leased via Settings > Manage Add-ons and Integrations > Xero to pull the change into Re-Leased.
If any of the credit has been allocated only the Account can be edited, and the credit note cannot be voided. If you need to edit more than just the account, first remove the credit allocation. Remove the credit allocation in Re-Leased by clicking the Less allocations of link and then Delete beside each allocation, you will be prompted to confirm this action.
If any of the credit has been refunded, this will need to be unreconciled and reversed.
