If an owner ledger is no longer in use, the ledger can be archived. When a ledger is archived, Re-Leased places an archived ledger in an inactive state. An archived ledger is searchable and can be restored if required.

An owner ledger can be archived if:

  • The current balance is zero
  • There are no uncleared funds
  • There are no unpaid fees
  • There are no active invoices or credit notes
  • There is no rent for an active tenancy
