**Process Bulk Expenses now supports the creation of folders to easily group invoices for processing**

The Process Bulk Expenses feature (available under the ‘plus’ icon in the menu bar) allows you to upload lots of PDF invoices at once, in preparation for processing. It could get pretty busy on that screen though especially if you have a particularly large volume of invoices, and sometimes you want to prioritise what invoices should be processed first, or even who should do the processing. With the introduction of folders you can now do that. Simply create a new folder and upload documents to it in bulk for processing. How you use them is up to you!

The folder structure is nice and flat so you don’t have to worry about getting lost in a maze of nested folders. You can also drag and drop from one folder to another. Give it a try and let us know how you have taken advantage of the new folder options.
