You can view, edit, renew, audit, archive, and restore tenant insurance policies directly in Re-Leased. Keeping insurance records up to date ensures tenancies remain compliant and your audit trail is accurate.
Accessing Tenant Insurance Records
Open the tenancy record associated with the policy.
Select the Insurance tab on the left-hand side.
Each policy displays a colour-coded expiry status: red (expired), orange (expiring within 30 days), and green (active). Click the policy number to view full details.
How to Edit or Renew a Policy
Navigate to the policy and click the Contextual Menu [...], then click Edit.
Update the expiry date and any other relevant details.

The audit trail will be saved to your computer as a PDF.
