Bulk Emailing Invoices and Credit Notes

Email multiple invoices or credit notes to tenants at once using the Bulk Actions tool in Re-Leased Income and Expenses. Review recipients before sending.

The bulk email feature lets you send multiple invoices or credit notes to tenants in a single action from the Income & Expenses section.


How to Bulk Email Invoices or Credit Notes

  1. Navigate to Income & Expenses.

  2. Tick the checkbox next to each invoice or credit note you want to send.

  3. Click Bulk Actions.

  4. Select Email from the dropdown.

Reviewing Recipients

  1. A popup displays all recipients linked to the selected invoices or credit notes.

  2. If a tenancy has multiple contacts set to receive invoices, each contact appears separately.

  3. Review and adjust the recipient list as needed before sending.


Sending

  1. Confirm the email content.

  2. Click Send to distribute all selected invoices and credit notes at once.

Note: Ensure each tenancy or contact has up-to-date contact information in Re-Leased before sending in bulk.
