The Income Forecast report projects expected rental income from all current and future tenancies associated with your properties over a chosen period. Use it for budgeting, financial assessments, and strategic planning.
How to Access the Income Forecast Report
Navigate to Reporting from the main menu.
Select General.
Select Income Forecast Report.
Filters
Reports For — choose the company for which to generate the report.
End date — the date until which to show income projections. Lease end dates within this period are included.
Properties to Include — select individual properties or include all.
Type of Property — filter by property type or select all.
Generating and Exporting
Click Generate Report on Screen to view projected income in the browser.
Click Download CSV or Print as PDF to export the report.
