The Tenancy Aged Arrears / Lease Aged Delinquency Report helps you monitor overdue balances across your portfolio by tenancy, with aged period breakdowns to identify the severity and duration of outstanding amounts.
How to Access the Report
Navigate to Reporting > General.
Select Lease Aged Delinquency / Tenancy Aged Arrears Report under the Tenancy/Lease section.
Filters
Report For — a specific company or all companies.
Arrears As At — include tenancies with arrears up to this date. Payments or credit allocations made on or before this date are included; those made after are excluded.
Vacated Status — include vacated tenancies if required.
Filter By — specific Property Managers, Properties, or Owners.
Breakdown Type — aged period displayed in days or weeks.
Type of Property — specific property types or all.
Invoice Type — filter by invoice type.
Days Overdue — filter by minimum days overdue.

Understanding the Report
Summary section — shows the report date, property manager scope, and an arrears/delinquency summary for the selected company.
Detailed section — for each entry: property name and areas, tenancy details including Chart of Accounts, current arrears status, latest note, outstanding balances and ledger balance, and a breakdown of the total arrears position by aged period.
Generating and Exporting
Click Generate Report on Screen to view immediately.
Click Download as CSV or PDF (Portrait / Landscape) to export.
Note: Re-generate the report after any changes to filter settings to ensure you're viewing current information.
