Creating Arrears/Delinquency Statuses

How to create and manage custom Arrears Statuses in Re-Leased to label tenant payment situations in the Arrears Hub and reports. North American equivalent: Delinquency Statuses.

Arrears Statuses let you label a tenant's payment situation — for example, "Payment Plan" or "Legal Action" — so your team can see the reason for arrears at a glance in the Arrears Hub and reports.


Creating and Managing Arrears Statuses

  • Create — select + Create new arrears status type, name it, and save.

  • Edit — use the Contextual Menu [...] to edit the status name and save.

  • Archive — archive a status via the Contextual Menu [...] and confirm.

  • Restore — in Archived arrears status types, use the Contextual Menu [...] to restore.

  • Assign to a tenancy — in Tenancy Details, select the Arrears Status from the dropdown and save.

Note: Arrears statuses are visible in the Tenant Arrears Report, Aged Tenancy Arrears Report, and the Arrears Hub.
