Arrears Statuses let you label a tenant's payment situation — for example, "Payment Plan" or "Legal Action" — so your team can see the reason for arrears at a glance in the Arrears Hub and reports.
Creating and Managing Arrears Statuses
Create — select + Create new arrears status type, name it, and save.
Edit — use the Contextual Menu [...] to edit the status name and save.
Archive — archive a status via the Contextual Menu [...] and confirm.
Restore — in Archived arrears status types, use the Contextual Menu [...] to restore.
Assign to a tenancy — in Tenancy Details, select the Arrears Status from the dropdown and save.
Note: Arrears statuses are visible in the Tenant Arrears Report, Aged Tenancy Arrears Report, and the Arrears Hub.
