The Arrears Hub gives you a central view of all tenancy-related arrears, letting you send notices, take action on overdue payments, and track correspondence — all in one place.
Accessing the Arrears Hub
Navigate to the Dashboard and click the Arrears tile.
Understanding the Arrears Hub
Bank Statement Status — shows the last imported statement's date and any unreconciled transactions.
Tabs — organises arrears by age; customise frequency in User Settings.
Filters — filter by company, property manager, owner, arrears rules, and specific expense accounts.
Tenancy Ledger Balance — shows the available balance for each tenancy; Client/Trust Account users can view this directly from the Hub.
Unallocated Credits — displays credits not yet applied to invoices for quick allocation.
Tenancy Information — summarises key tenancy details including name, address, area, and associated arrears.
Taking Action on Arrears
Dismiss — opt not to send an arrears notice for a specific case, with the ability to revisit later.
Action Arrears — proceed to send an arrears notice by navigating through the Arrears Correspondence page and confirming the details.
Completing Arrears Correspondence
On the Arrears Correspondence page, confirm the contacts, delivery methods, and any attachments before clicking Complete. You will receive an email notification summarising all notices sent.
Setting an Arrears Status on a Tenancy
Navigate to the Tenancy Details tab of the relevant tenancy.
Select an Arrears Status from the dropdown.
Click Save.
Using Notes in the Arrears Hub
Attach notes to a tenant's arrears profile and view or edit them directly from the Hub. To control which note types appear in the Hub and reports, go to Settings > Note Types.
In North America, "Arrears" is referred to as "Delinquency" and "Tenants" as "Leases". For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
