Understanding the Arrears Hub

  • Bank Statement Status — shows the last imported statement's date and any unreconciled transactions.

  • Tabs — organises arrears by age; customise frequency in User Settings.

  • Filters — filter by company, property manager, owner, arrears rules, and specific expense accounts.

  • Tenancy Ledger Balance — shows the available balance for each tenancy; Client/Trust Account users can view this directly from the Hub.

  • Unallocated Credits — displays credits not yet applied to invoices for quick allocation.

  • Tenancy Information — summarises key tenancy details including name, address, area, and associated arrears.

Taking Action on Arrears

  • Dismiss — opt not to send an arrears notice for a specific case, with the ability to revisit later.

  • Action Arrears — proceed to send an arrears notice by navigating through the Arrears Correspondence page and confirming the details.

Completing Arrears Correspondence

On the Arrears Correspondence page, confirm the contacts, delivery methods, and any attachments before clicking Complete. You will receive an email notification summarising all notices sent.

  2. Select an Arrears Status from the dropdown.

  3. Click Save.
