The Dashboard To-Do List displays all scheduled events that are due today or overdue, linked directly to your Calendar. It gives you a real-time view of your most urgent tasks alongside your dashboard calendar.

Today's Events and Overdue Indicators
Items due today appear at the top of the list, sorted chronologically with the oldest events lower down. Each event is marked with a colour-coded indicator that corresponds to its type. Overdue events are marked with a red bar and listed under the Overdue section at the top-right of the Dashboard. Completing a task automatically removes it from the Overdue list.
Customising Event Visibility
As you complete tasks they disappear from the list. To filter what is displayed:
Use the checkboxes below the Calendar to show or hide event types.
Uncheck any event type you want to hide from the To-Do List.
Event Types
Events Due Today — items to address during the current business day.
Overdue Events — tasks past their expected completion date.
Arrears/Delinquency Hub — outstanding payments or unresolved tenant arrears.
Late Fees Hub — late fee accruals that may need processing.
Maintenance Hub — pending maintenance requests and work orders.
Inspections Hub — inspection schedules and reports requiring attention.
Reminders Hub — general reminders for tasks or follow-ups.
Insurance Hub — insurance policies and renewals.
