Navigating the Main Menu

Overview of the Re-Leased main menu — navigate Dashboard, Property Management, Accounting, Reporting, Triple Bar, and My Account to access all core platform features.

The Re-Leased main menu gives you quick access to all core features — Dashboard, Property Management, Accounting, Reporting, the Triple Bar menu, and My Account.

1. Dashboard

The Dashboard is the central hub of Re-Leased. From here you can view My Calendar or switch to the Global Calendar, see items due today or overdue, access the Arrears Hub, Maintenance Hub, and Inspection Hub, manage reminders, and use the My Analytics tab to add and view your top reports.


2. Property Management

Properties — track your portfolio in list, map, or archived views. Create and monitor Maintenance tasks and administer Insurance policies.

Leases / Tenancies — manage all tenancy relationships using tabbed navigation and filters. Handle Rent Reviews, Inspections, and Late Fees.


3. Accounting

Monitor Arrears/Delinquencies, track Income & Expenses, and analyse transactions through Invoice Intelligence. Manage your Client/Trust Account if applicable.


4. Reporting

Access General or Client/Trust Accounting Reports, create tailored reports with the Report Builder, and leverage Re-Leased Insights for strategic decision-making.


5. Triple Bar [≡]

The Triple Bar menu provides quick access to: Contacts, Approvals, Documents, Reminders, and Settings.


6. My Account

Adjust account settings, change your password, set notification preferences, and review last login activity.
