My Calendar

Your My Calendar view on the dashboard is personalised to show events for all properties you manage and tasks or events assigned to you.

Global Calendar

The Global Calendar shows tasks and events managed by other users in your organisation. Filter by user to see specific activity.

  1. Events logged in Re-Leased automatically populate to the Calendar.

  2. Use the checkboxes at the bottom to include or exclude specific event types.

Managing users: Add a user by clicking in the box and selecting from the list. Remove a user by clicking the X next to their name. Click Include All to see everyone or Clear to remove all. Click Refresh Calendar to apply changes.

Viewing and Editing Calendar Items

Click any item to view or edit it. For example, clicking an Inspection Due item lets you mark it complete or view and edit it from the associated property or tenancy.

Status Indicators

  • No indicator — upcoming, scheduled for a future date.

  • Exclamation mark (!) — overdue; appears in Today's To-Do, then moves to Overdue To-Do until completed.

  • Checkmark — completed.

In North America, "Tenancies" are referred to as "Leases" and "Arrears" as "Delinquency". For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
