Re-Leased Insights supports drill-down, drill-through, hover tooltips, and data export to help you explore and share your portfolio data in depth.
Drill Down into Data
Click a data tile or chart to drill down into more detailed information.
A pop-up window displays a comprehensive view of the selected data point.
Continue clicking to unlock additional data layers for granular analysis.
Use the X icon or the breadcrumb trail to return to the primary view.
Drill Through to Linked Data
Cells in underlying schedules that contain a drill-through symbol allow you to click directly through to the associated record in Re-Leased — such as tenancies, rent templates, invoices, and tasks.
Hover Tooltips
Moving your cursor over an information icon on a data tile reveals a tooltip explaining the metric displayed, how it is calculated, and links to related Knowledge Base articles.
Downloading and Sharing Insights Data
Click the Contextual Menu [...] at the top-right of the dashboard or tile.
Choose Download.
Name the file and select the desired format.
Full dashboards can be downloaded as PDF or CSV. Individual tiles can be downloaded as TXT, Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML, Markdown, or PNG.
