The Outlook email integration in Re-Leased centralises your key email communications, showing emails linked to contacts and tenancies directly within the platform. It also powers Credia AI skills — enabling automated actions like creating maintenance tasks and reminders from received emails.

Integration Capabilities

Connect/disconnect — emails are not stored; disconnecting removes all emails from view.
1. Connecting Your Outlook Account
Navigate to My Account settings.
Select Connected Accounts.
Click Connect to start the Microsoft authentication flow.
Enter your Outlook email address and password.
Once authenticated, you're returned to User Settings to confirm the connection.
Set visibility and privacy settings via View Details.
To disconnect and remove all emails from Re-Leased, click Disconnect from the View Details button.
2. Settings
Click View Details on the Outlook connection tile to update visibility and privacy settings.
Visibility Settings (Pro plan only) — share your inbox with colleagues for shared contacts, and view their conversations with the same contacts. Toggle from grey to blue to enable.
Linked shared mailboxes — link shared mailboxes (e.g. [email protected]) you already have access to in Outlook. Click Grant Access to start reading those emails.
Inbox Filters — control which email addresses or domains appear in your My Inbox view. Add full email addresses or domains, then choose Include or Exclude from the dropdown. Remove rules using the trash bin icon.
3. Viewing Emails in Re-Leased
Access your Outlook emails in three ways:
From the My Inbox tab on the Dashboard — the quickest method.
From a specific Tenancy record under the Emails section.
From a specific Contact record under the Emails section.
When viewing emails via a tenancy or contact: select the Emails tab, choose the account from the dropdown, use the search box to find specific content, and switch between Inbox and Sent Mailbox views.
4. Replying to Emails in Re-Leased
In My Inbox, click the email you want to reply to.
Click the Reply icon on the right-hand side.
Draft your reply and click Send.
