Outlook Integration — Shared Mailboxes

How to link and use shared mailboxes with the Outlook integration in Re-Leased — connect a shared inbox, toggle between personal and shared inboxes in My Inbox, and reply from a shared inbox address.

The Outlook integration in Re-Leased supports shared mailboxes, allowing teams to collaborate on emails sent to a shared address like [email protected] directly within Re-Leased.


Linking a Shared Mailbox

You can link any shared mailbox you have access to in Outlook.

  1. Navigate to My Account settings from the main menu.

  2. Go to Connected Accounts.

  3. Enter the shared mailbox address in Linked shared mailboxes.

  4. Complete the authentication flow.

  5. Save your settings.

Toggling Between Inboxes

  1. Navigate to the My Inbox tab on the dashboard.

  2. Use the account dropdown at the top-left of the page.

  3. Select your primary inbox or the linked shared inbox.

The inbox content updates automatically when you switch.


Replying from a Shared Inbox

  1. From My Inbox, a property, a contact, or the Credia side panel, select the email to respond to.

  2. Click Reply on the right-hand side of the email thread.

  3. Confirm the From field shows the shared inbox address.

  4. Draft your response and click Send.

All sent responses are automatically logged under the shared inbox.


Tips

  • Confirm you have the necessary permissions to access the shared mailbox in Outlook before linking it.

  • Use Visibility Settings to control which team members can see the shared inbox within Re-Leased.
