Credia AI is Re-Leased's built-in AI assistant, designed to speed up everyday property management tasks and surface insights from your data. Credia operates across three capabilities that work together within Re-Leased.



Credia Action

Credia Action reads incoming emails and intelligently suggests the best next steps — creating maintenance tasks, work orders, reminders, notes, and drafting reply emails — all from a side panel without leaving your current screen. Learn more about Credia Action.


Credia Extract

Credia Extract removes the burden of manual document processing. It automatically extracts key information from insurance records, invoices, leases, compliance documents, and more. Learn more about Credia Extract.


Credia Advise

Credia Advise is your instant property advisor. Ask questions about any lease or tenancy and receive clear answers with direct references to the source document. It also surfaces proactive suggestions within your workflows.
