Credia Advise lets you ask questions about a lease or tenancy and receive clear, cited answers — with direct links to the relevant clauses in the original document. Use it to find key terms, responsibilities, dates, and obligations without reading through long documents.
This feature requires a Credia Plus subscription. To learn more, contact your Account Manager.
Step 1: Enable the Document for Credia
Navigate to the lease document from the Documents list or Tenancy > Documents.
Click the Contextual Menu [...] next to the document.
Select Enable for Credia.
You can also select multiple documents and enable them in bulk.
Step 2: Start a Chat
You can start a chat from the Credia Action Panel or directly from an enabled document.
From the Action Panel
Click Add Context in the prompt window.
Search for and add your document or tenancy.
Enter your question.
From the Document
Open the enabled document.
Click Chat with Lease.
Enter your question.
What Credia Advise Provides
Citations — see which document and clause the answer comes from.
Supporting Facts — key details extracted from the lease to support the answer.
Document Preview — preview, zoom, and scroll the lease without leaving the chat.
Reference Links — click to jump directly to the relevant clause.
Multiple documents — if a tenancy has a main lease and variations, answers use the currently valid document.
Follow-up Actions — take next steps directly from the chat, such as updating tenancy details.
