You can display Property and Lease/Tenancy notes directly on the Process Expense Invoice screen, giving you easy reference to important details while creating or editing invoices.
Enabling Notes for Invoices
Navigate to Settings > Manage Companies and select your company.
On the Company Details page, locate the Invoicing section.
Tick Enable Notes for Invoices.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
Configuring Which Note Types Display on Invoices
Navigate to Settings > General > Note Types.
Select an existing note type.
Tick Display This Type of Note When Creating/Editing Invoices.
Repeat for each note type you want visible on the invoice screen.
Viewing Notes When Processing Expense Invoices
Start creating or editing an invoice via the Process Expense Invoices flow.
Select the Notes tab in the left-hand preview window.
Notes filter automatically when you choose a Company, Property, or Lease/Tenancy.
Click the down arrow at the top right of a note to expand or collapse it.
Use the search function to find specific words or phrases in note titles.
