Credia Extract: Documents

Upload documents in Re-Leased and Credia Extract automatically fills in the title, description, and tags. Enable Credia scanning to ask questions and find key details in longer documents. Credia Plus feature.

Updated this week

Credia Extract automatically fills in the document title, description, and tags when you upload a file in Re-Leased — so you spend less time on manual data entry and more time on what matters.

Credia Extract is a Credia Plus feature. To learn more, contact your Account Manager.

How to Use Document Extraction

  1. Start a new document from one of these locations:

Where to Start

  • Documents → click + New Document.

  • Tenancies → select a tenancy → Documents → click + New Document.

  • Properties → select a property → Documents → click + New Document.

  1. Drag and drop your file or upload it from your computer.

  2. Credia automatically extracts the document details and fills in the title, description, and tags within seconds.

  3. Review and adjust the suggested details if needed, then save.

Scanning Documents and Asking Questions

For longer documents, enable Credia scanning to quickly find important dates, clauses, and terms without reading every page. Once scanned, you can ask questions directly and get answers from the document.

  1. Tick Enable for Credia to allow Credia to scan the document.

  2. Wait for the scan to complete, then open the document chat.

  3. Ask for what you need — important dates, clauses, or obligations — and review the responses.

For Asia-Pacific and European customers, "Tenancies" is the standard term. North American customers will see "Leases". For more information on regional terminology, see our Glossary of Regional Terminology.
