Credia Advise: Chat with Credia

Chat with Credia to search your portfolio, take actions, upload documents, and ask complex property management questions directly from the Credia sidebar in Re-Leased.

Credia is AI built into Re-Leased, designed to save you time across your daily property management workflows. As part of Credia Advise, available to Credia Plus customers, you can chat with Credia directly from the sidebar to search across your entire portfolio, take action on records, upload and discuss documents, and work through complex questions, all within a single conversation.

Note: Chat with Credia is currently in open beta for Credia Plus subscribers. To enable it, click the [?] icon in the top right corner of Re-Leased, select Available Betas, scroll to New Credia Panel, and click Enable.


How to Start a Conversation With Credia

  1. Open Re-Leased and click on the Credia sidebar panel on the right.

  2. Type your question. You can ask about a single property or across your full portfolio. For example, "which tenancies have a rent review due in the next 90 days?" or "show me any tenants more than 14 days in arrears."

  3. Credia answers with the relevant details, including links to the records it references. Ask follow-up questions to refine or dig deeper.

Use Shift + Enter for multi-line input when you want to give Credia more detailed instructions.

Search Across Your Portfolio

Ask Credia about arrears across a full rent roll, compare lease expiry dates across multiple properties, or find a specific compliance record. Credia searches across properties, leases, contacts, compliance, documents, and reminders to get you an answer.


Take Action With Your Approval

Ask Credia to create a reminder, add a note, or log a maintenance request. Credia prepares the action and asks for your confirmation before executing, so you stay in control.


Upload and Chat With Documents

Upload a lease, invoice, or compliance certificate directly into the conversation and ask Credia questions about it. No need to navigate away from what you're working on.


Follow Up Without Repeating Yourself

Credia holds context across a full conversation. Follow-up questions build on what you've already asked, and Credia links back to the records it references so you can jump straight to them in Re-Leased.


Work Through Complex Questions

Credia reasons through layered questions step by step. Ask about a tenant with a specific combination of lease conditions, overdue rent, and an upcoming review, and Credia works through all of it.


What Chat With Credia Looks Like in Practice

You could ask Credia about rent reviews across your whole portfolio, then follow up on a specific tenant in the same conversation without losing context. Ask it to create a reminder for a lease renewal, and it prepares the details and waits for you to confirm before anything is created.
