Why aren't my emails visible within Re-Leased?
Credia Action requires a connected Outlook or Gmail account. If you're not seeing emails or Credia Action, make sure your email integration is correctly configured. See How to connect your Outlook or How to connect your Gmail.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Credia AI is developed in-house and runs on Re-Leased's own infrastructure using Microsoft Azure Cloud. Your data belongs to you — it is never used to train models for other Re-Leased customers or external AI tools. See Credia AI Security and Privacy for full details.
