Credia Action reads incoming emails and suggests next steps — creating maintenance tasks, work orders, reminders, and draft replies — all from a side panel without leaving your workflow.

Updated over a week ago

Credia Action reads incoming emails from tenants and suppliers and suggests the most appropriate next steps — creating maintenance tasks, work orders, reminders, and draft replies — all from a side panel without leaving your current screen.

Credia Action works through your connected Outlook or Gmail inbox. See How to connect your Outlook with Re-Leased or How to connect your Gmail with Re-Leased.

How to Access Credia Action

Once your email is connected, open any email in My Inbox or the Emails area via Tenancies or Contacts. Click the Take Action button to open the Credia Action side panel.

Create a Maintenance Task

Click New Maintenance Task in the panel. Credia automatically populates the property, tenancy, title, and contractor fields based on the email content. You can adjust any field using the dropdown menus.

Credia recommends contractors based on your preferred supplier for the tenancy, or from contractors previously used for similar work. You can select a different contractor at any time.

Create a Work Order

After creating a maintenance task, Credia suggests generating a work order for it. Click Compose Email to email the work order directly to the contractor. You can use the pre-written message or write your own — the work order is automatically attached as a PDF either way.

Create a Reminder

When Credia detects a time-sensitive request in the email, it suggests creating a calendar reminder. The relevant details from the email are pre-filled. You can accept them as-is, edit them, or assign the reminder to another team member.

After saving, the reminder appears on your dashboard calendar and in the reminders section.

Send a Reply Email

Click Send a reply email to notify the tenant of the next steps. You can use Credia's suggested reply or write your own. You can also adjust the tone — use the Make the email friendlier field to give Credia specific instructions, such as removing apologetic language, and the text will be rewritten accordingly.

All sent correspondence appears in the Correspondence area linked to the tenancy.
