Viewing a Budget by Tenancy

How to view budget cost allocations across tenancies for a property in Re-Leased — covers navigating to a budget, reading the budget summary, and the detailed cost breakdown per lease.

You can view how a budget's costs are distributed across tenancies for any property in Re-Leased — with both a high-level summary and a detailed breakdown of what each tenant is expected to contribute.


Navigating to a Budget

  1. Select the desired property from your dashboard or property list.

  2. Click Outgoings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Budgets tab to view all budgets for that property.

  4. Click the budget title or the View button to open it.

Budget Summary

The Budget Summary page shows budget allocations with both the budgeted amount and the amount assigned to each tenant, plus the proportion of the budget that has already been allocated.

Budget Details

The Budget Details page provides a deeper breakdown including an itemised view of forecasted income allocated to each tenancy per budget item, the total calculated cost associated with each lease, and the aggregate recoverable amount across all tenants.
