We'll cover how to enable the Tenant App for your company and send invitations to your tenants, ensuring they reap the full benefits of this service.
Tenant App Overview
The Tenant App enhances the tenant experience by providing a convenient and efficient way to manage their tenancy-related information and communications, including:
- At-a-glance access to monthly rent details, lease information, and bond held.
- Digital contact list of property managers and other relevant contacts.
- A history log of all payments.
- Up-to-date details about upcoming and past property inspections.
- Direct access to tenancy documents.
- Easy submission of maintenance requests.

Enabling the Tenant App
- Navigate to the Manage Integrations & Add ons section under the Settings tab.
- Click on View Details under the Tenant App.
- Click Enable Tenant App to activate the Tenant App.
Inviting Your Tenants to the App
Once the app is enabled, here's how to invite your tenants:
- Within the Tenant App settings, click on Manage Tenant Accounts.
- Click on Invite Tenant and fill out the invitation form, ensuring the following details are completed:

- Choose the Invite Type (delivery method).
- Enter the tenant's name(s) in the Tenant(s) field.
- Write the subject line for the invite in the Subject field.
- Compose your message, utilizing insert fields for personalized information.
- Select which Permissions the tenant will have access to in the app.
- Click Send to dispatch the invitations to your tenants.
Once invited, tenants can download the app from their respective app stores and log in with the credentials provided in the invitation to access their property information on the go.
