How to get help in Re-Leased — search the Help Centre & chat with support from the Help icon. Includes tips for faster responses and how to track your support requests.

Submitting a support ticket is no longer available.

We’ve moved to a faster, smarter support experience. You can now get help instantly by chatting with Re-Bot, our AI agent, directly from the Help [?] icon in Re-Leased. Re-Bot is available 24/7 and can resolve most questions on the spot.

If your question needs more help, Re-Bot will hand you over to our Customer Support team, who will follow up with you via chat, email or a phone call — no ticket needed.

How to Contact Support

  1. Click the Help [?] icon in the top-right corner of Re-Leased.

  2. Choose from the following options:

  • Help Centre — search Re-Leased help articles. Use the messaging bubble at the bottom of any Help Centre page to reach the support team.

  • Chat with Us — opens a support widget where you can describe your issue and interact with our AI Agent Re Bot and Customer Support team.





Tips for Faster Responses

  • Use the same email address you use to log in to Re-Leased when chatting with us.

  • Include as much detail as possible — screenshots, steps to reproduce, and the affected property or tenancy.


Tracking Your Support Requests

Monitor your conversations with us from within the Chat with us page, here you'll be able to see any historical conversations.
