Allowing Creation/Editing of Late Fee Rules

To enable users to create or edit late fee rules, they must also have access to accounting settings:

  1. Follow steps 1 to 4 above to select the user role.
  2. Ensure the Accounting settings visible option is selected for the role.
  3. Additionally, make sure the Create / Edit Invoice permission is checked.

This will grant the user the ability to both view accounting settings and create or modify late fee rules, which includes managing invoice-related tasks.
