Understanding the Rent Reviews Page

On the Rent Reviews page, you'll find all the relevant information regarding a tenant's rent changes. They are divided into three distinct categories:

Next Rent Review

The Next Rent Review displays the upcoming review that has yet to be completed. This review is at the forefront as it’s the most immediate concern for management.

Future Rent Reviews

Under Future Rent Reviews, you will find all the reviews scheduled to occur after the next upcoming review. Monitoring this list can help with long-term financial planning and tenant negotiations.

Completed Rent Reviews

The Completed Rent Reviews section stores the historical data of all the rent reviews that have already been conducted. This record is useful for tracking changes over time and can serve as a reference for future reviews.
