Replacing a Document with a New Version
If you have a more recent version of a document that needs to be updated in our system, you can do so by following these instructions:
- Go to the Documents menu.
- Use the search function to find the document you wish to replace.
- Click on the name of the document to open it.
- Within the document view, select the Document Details tab.
- Select the Replace button to initiate the replacement process.
- Browse to the location of the new file on your device, select it, then click Save and Upload Document.
Editing Document Details
Should you need to edit the title or description of an existing document, here’s how you can do it:
- Navigate to the document you want to edit and click on the Document Details menu.
- Enter the new title or description into the respective fields.
- When you’re done, hit the Save button to apply the changes.
