Categories of Documents
System documents are neatly categorized to facilitate quick and straightforward navigation:
- Property Documents: Find documents added through the Property menu's Documents section here.
- Tenancy Documents: These are the files uploaded via the Tenancy menu's Documents section.
- Company Documents: All files uploaded in the main Documents menu are stored under this category.
- Archived Documents: Locate your non-active, stored documents for reference in this section.
- Choose the All Documents tab to view every document except those archived.
Searching and Viewing Documents
To locate and inspect the documents you require, complete these steps:
- Select the Documents tab.
- Pick the relevant tab for the document category you need to view.

Interacting with Documents

Downloading Documents
Downloading a document is straightforward:
- Go to the Documents Tab, then press Download beside the needed document.
- The document will then be saved to your PC.
- Alternatively, you can download documents directly from the Property or Tenancy they're connected to by navigating to that section and selecting Download.
