When you integrate Re-Leased with Sage Intacct, certain financial elements will be managed exclusively in Sage Intacct. This ensures consistency and accuracy in your financial records. Let's look at what changes you can expect and how the sync process operates.
Financial Settings
Once integrated:
- Your financial settings such as Accounts, and Tax details will shift management to Sage Intacct.
- Regular transactions like Invoices and bills can be monitored in both Re-Leased and Sage Intacct.
Unique Management Shifts to Sage Intacct
The following aspects will now be exclusively managed in Sage Intacct:
- Dimensions: Corresponds to Property Tracking in Re-Leased.
- Tax Detail: Refers to Tax Types in Re-Leased.
- Accounts: Known as Chart of Accounts in Re-Leased.
Syncing for these items is one-way, from Sage Intacct to Re-Leased.
Contacts Integration
- Contacts creation is mutual; new contacts synchronize between both platforms.
- Updates, archiving, or unarchiving of contacts must be conducted within Sage Intacct.
Invoices, Adjustments, and Payments
- Invoices and adjustments can be created both in Re-Leased and Sage Intacct, with two-way syncing.
- Invoices set to Awaiting Approval status in Re-Leased will sync to Sage Intacct as Draft Invoices.
- Voiding invoices or adjustments must be initiated in Sage Intacct to reflect in Re-Leased.
- Undoing payments is managed in Sage Intacct; deleted payments in Sage Intacct, however, won't delete those in Re-Leased.
Important Notes on Integration
One-To-One Company Link: Each Re-Leased company can only be connected with one Sage Intacct company, and this linkage is irreversible.
Attachments on Invoices and Adjustments
While attachments can be added to both systems, these are not synchronized and must be uploaded manually to each system.
Understanding Sync Directions
It's helpful to know which data syncs and in what direction:
- From Sage Intacct to Re-Leased: Dimensions, Tax Detail, and Accounts
- Two-Way Sync: Invoices, Credit Notes, Adjustments, and Payments
