Mastering the Events Report in our system will give you a transparent overview of different event types associated with your properties and tenancies. This report is versatile and can be tailored to your specific needs, allowing for detailed monitoring and contributing to more informed decision-making. This article will guide you on how to access, filter, and interpret the Events Report, ensuring that you can make the best use of this powerful tool.

 

Accessing the Events Report

To begin exploring the data on your events:

  1. Navigate to Reporting on the main menu.
  2. Select the General option.
  3. Choose the Events Report under the Property section.


Customising the Events Report

Here's how to apply each filter to refine your Events Report:

  1. Company Filter: Select one specific company or all companies
  2. Property Manager: Filter by a specific manager or include all
  3. Delegated User: Focus on tasks for a specific user or all users
  4. Event Status: Choose Completed, Upcoming, or Overdue events
  5. Event Types: Include one or multiple types of events
  6. Properties: Include events for specific properties
  7. Tenancy Breakdown: Option to hide detailed tenancy data
  8. Tenant Occupied Areas: Add area names for detailed reports

These tailored statuses allow you to effectively monitor and manage your portfolio's events for better control and planning.

Drilling Down for Details

Once the Events Report is generated, you'll find links allowing you to dive deeper into sub-reports by Type, Property, or Tenancy. These sub-reports will give you detailed information relevant to the events you're reviewing, tailored to each event type.

By understanding and utilizing the Events Report, you can stay on top of your events, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that your property management operations are as efficient as possible.
