This valuable report offers a comprehensive overview of the Service Charge Budgets/Outgoings Budgets allocated to a property, detailing the percentage allocation and amount per tenancy across various expense accounts. Generating the Report

Creating your Outgoings Budget/Service Charge Summary by Tenancy Report is a straightforward process:

  1. Select the Reporting menu.
  2. Under the General tab, navigate to the Budgets by Tenancy or Lease section.
  3. Choose the Outgoings Budget/Service Charge Summary by Tenancy report from the list available.
  4. Set your desired filters to customize the report to your specific needs.
  5. Select Generate to view the report on screen or choose to export it in your preferred format.

Understanding the Report Filters

Before you begin, it’s important to understand the filters available, as they shape the content of your report:

  • Report For: Select the entity for which the report is to be generated.
  • Property to Include: Choose the relevant property associated with the budgets.
  • For the Budget: Select the appropriate budget period that the report should reflect.
