Welcome to the Re-Leased Report Builder tool! This versatile feature is designed to assist you in creating, editing, and managing custom reports with ease. By leveraging the Report Builder, you're equipped to communicate critical information efficiently, with a suite of flexible options tailored for property and tenancy management. Let's dive into the basics of the Report Builder, showing you how to navigate, craft reports tailored to your needs, and effectively manage your existing reports.

 

Understanding the Report Builder Page

The Report Builder main page is the central hub where you can start creating and organizing your reports. With intuitive access to report templates, a search function for existing reports, and various organizational tools, you have everything at your fingertips to master the art of reporting.

Navigating to Report Builder

  1. Navigate to the Reporting main menu.
  2. Select the Reporting Builder option.

Working with Report Templates

Starting with a template is an efficient way to craft a new report:

  1. Simply select the relevant template from the list.
  2. Then, you'll be taken to the dedicated report builder page, where you can custom-build your report.

Managing Saved Reports

Find and manage your saved reports with ease:

  • The label Saved Reports displays your current count and limit of saved reports, such as 6/50.
  • Quickly locate a report with the search feature.
  • Organize your reports by sorting through the columns in either ascending or descending order.

Updating and Deleting Reports

Updating your reports is simple and convenient:

  1. Select the name of the report you'd like to modify.
  2. Make your edits and hit Save, where you can choose to update the existing report or create a brand new variation.

When the time comes to remove a report:

  1. Navigate to the report in question.
  2. Press the trash can icon to begin the deletion process.
  3. Confirm the removal by selecting Delete report, or choose to cancel if you've changed your mind.

Mastering the Report Builder elevates your reporting prowess, enabling you to efficiently generate precise, customized reports for varied requirements.
