Understanding the Rent Review Hub

For North American users, please be aware that "Tenancies" are known as "Leases" and "Terms & Breaks" within a Tenancy are referred to as "Terms & Options". For more information on regional terminology, please refer to our Glossary of Regional Terminology.

The Rent Review Hub is your one-stop shop designed to streamline the management of all rent review processes. The purpose of this article is to equip you with the knowledge to access and effectively navigate the hub, as well as to effortlessly execute single or multiple rent reviews inside this centralized system.

Accessing the Rent Review Hub

Step into the Rent Review Hub from your main dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Tenancies/Leases.
  2. Select the Rent Review Hub button.

Note: The button was formerly known as 'Bulk Rent Review'. Bulk Rent Reviews are now accessed from from within the Rent Review Hub.

Navigating the Rent Review Hub

Within the Rent Review Hub, a clear overview awaits, showing reviews across various stages: upcoming, active, future, and completed. Discover these key functions for efficient navigation:

  • Employ filter tools to identify overdue reviews and more.
  • Access specific information for individual reviews or an aggregated perspective of all rent reviews.
  • Perform and manage single or multiple rent reviews directly from the Hub.

Initiating Single or Multiple Rent Reviews from the Rent Review Hub

To kick-start the rent review process:

  1. Choose the applicable lease/tenancy with a pending rent review by ticking the checkbox next to the item.
  2. Click on Perform Rent Review, which launches the start of the Bulk Rent Review workflow.

This process can handle single or multiple rent reviews. Alternatively, if you're looking to complete a one-off review, you can also do so from the Tenancy/Lease section.

By familiarizing yourself with the Rent Review Hub, you can ensure that all rent reviews are conducted efficiently and accurately, supporting you in maintaining robust property management practices.
