The Dashboard is the central hub of the Re-Leased platform, offering a calendar view and quick access to key features.
- Click on Dashboard to view My Calendar, switch to the Global Calendar for a broader view, and filter events by user.
- Look to the right for items due Today or Overdue.
- Utilize the calendar key to display preferred events and tasks.
- Access the Arrears Hub, Maintenance Hub, and Inspection Hubs through the tiles, and manage reminders via the orange button.
- The My Analytics tab showcases your top reports. Begin by selecting from the Add chart dropdown. Check out Understanding and Utilizing Analytics Charts for more information.

2. Property Management
The Property Management section is your centralized command for property and lease/tenancy details.

In Properties, manage your entire property portfolio with ease:

- Create and monitor Maintenance tasks.

- Employ tabbed navigation to organize tenancies and filters for precise searches.
- Manage Rent Reviews and Inspections.
- Impose Late Fees for unpaid rent and other expenses.

3. Accounting
Fine-tune your Financial Management with direct access to comprehensive financial information via the Accounting section:
- Monitor Arrears/Delinquencies and track Income & Expenses.
- Analyze detailed transactions through Invoice Intelligence.
- If applicable, manage your Client/Trust Account in one location.
4. Reporting
Explore our depth of reporting capabilities, now more accessible:
- Navigate effortlessly between General or Client/Trust Accounting Reports.
- Create tailored insights with the Report Builder.
- Leverage Re-Leased Insights for strategic decision-making.
5. Triple Bar [≡]
The Triple Bar menu consolidates key management features previously dispersed across the application. Utilize the Triple Bar for swift navigation to:
- Contacts,
- Documents,
- and Reminders, for streamlined administration workflows.
6. 'My Account'
With My Account, personalize your Re-Leased experience and stay secure:
- Adjust account settings, change your password, and set notification preferences.
- Review last login activity to maintain security vigilance.
