Drilling into Data Points with Re-Leased Insights

This guide is designed to help you effectively utilize the drilling functionalities within Insights to uncover the in-depth details of your data. Whether you want to explore aggregate figures in single-value tiles, delve deeper into charts or unlock the details within the graphs, we're here to empower you to interact with your data through drill-down and drill-through capabilities, as well as exporting and sharing your findings.

 

Drill Down into Your Data

To gain a deeper understanding of the figures presented in Insights:

  1. Select the data tile or chart of interest to drill down into more detailed information.
  2. A pop-up window will emerge, showcasing a comprehensive view of the data point selected.
  3. Continue this process to unlock additional data layers for a granular analysis of your data.
  4. To return to the primary view, use the X icon or follow the breadcrumb trail back to your original view.

Drill Through to Linked Data

Cells in the underlying schedules that contains a  symbol, allow you to access a clickable link directly to the associated data within Re-Leased, such as tenancies, rent templates, invoices, and tasks.


Data with Hover Icons

Moving your cursor over an icon on a data tile will reveal a tooltip with an explanation of the metrics displayed, how they are calculated, and links to knowledge base articles related to the featured data and functions.

Download and Share Insights Data

For exporting insights for external use:

  1. Click the Contextual Menu [...] on the top-right of the dashboard or tile.
  2. Choose Download to open the download options window.
  3. Configure your download by naming the file and selecting the desired format.


You can download full dashboards in PDF and CSV formats, or singular tiles in a choice of TXT, Excel, CSV, JSON, HTML, Markdown, or PNG formats.

Now you're ready to navigate the wealth of data at your fingertips, gaining deeper insights and sharing them for collaborative decision-making.
