Customer use case: Creating a reminder to call a tenant
In this example below, you'll see a property manager creating a reminder to call a tenant regarding a rent review. They type the following prompt in the Credia action panel "Remind me to call a tenant at 2 Bridge Street about a rent review."
Credia reads the prompt and immediately suggests creating a new reminder based on the information provided. The property manager can quickly check that the details are correct, make any changes if needed, and save the reminder, which will then appear on their dashboard calendar for follow-up.
