Credia Extract identifies and locates key information from emails, invoices, compliance records and insurance documents, enabling you to access insights and keep on top of important work without hassle or wasted time.
Credia Extract is available to all Re-Leased users on packaged plans.
Accessing Credia Extract
You can access Credia Extract workflows in two ways:
- Through the Credia Actions Panel
- Via email (My Inbox or Email through properties and contacts). Click here to find out how you can connect your Outlook email with Re-Leased.
Create a new insurance policy directly from email with Credia Extract
1. Open the email from your insurer, for instance in My Inbox. Credia Extract will scan the contents of that email and detect the attached insurance policy document. Recommended Credia actions will automatically appear in the Credia Actions Panel on the right side of your screen.
2. If the insurer isn't already listed in Re-Leased as a company or contact, you can easily add them as a new contact using the recommended workflow New Contact displayed in the Credia Actions Panel on the right.
3. To create a new insurance policy, click Extract. This opens a preview panel where you can view both the insurance document and the creation fields side by side. Credia Extract will automatically pull in as much key information as possible, allowing you to review, edit, and then save the details by clicking Create Insurance.
4. You could also create a New Note against the property using the same recommended Credia workflow if you wish to do so by clicking New Note.
Update an existing insurance policy with Credia Extract
1. You can also update an exisiting insurance policy by simply dropping your new PDF policy file directly into the Credia Actions Panel. Most of the time, Credia will automatically recognise your file is an insurance document meaning you don't need any instructions or further prompting.
2. This will open a preview screen, showing your insurance policy document on the left and the suggested Credia workflow on the right. If Credia detects that a policy with the same document number already exists in Re-Leased, it will recommend updating that policy with the newly uploaded document.
3. Review the extracted details, make any necessary changes, and click Update Insurance to complete the process.
