This article is designed to help you visualize the organisation of your properties or buildings. This enables you at a glance to review rent and rent per sqf/m, across various floors or units within a building.

 

Benefits of Stacking Plan

With the introduction of the Stacking Plan you gain insight into:

  • The distribution of rent values and rates per sqf/m within a building.
  • Comparative sizes of areas, giving you the scope to optimize the use of space during leasing activities.
  • Potential for combining spaces to create more attractive offerings for tenants.

Stacking Plan Specifications

We've added several key capabilities to help you better manage your property:

  • A detailed view of your building's floors and individual suites.
  • Support for text in suite numbers (e.g. 101a, 101b), for alignment with your specific naming conventions.
  • An exclusive stacking plan for car parks, enabling you to quickly see which parking spaces are unoccupied.

Using the Stacking Plan

To get started with the Stacking Plan:

  1. Navigate to Property Management > Properties in Re-Leased.
  2. Find and select the property you wish to view.
  3. Look for the Stacking Plan tab within the property details page.
  4. Engage with the interactive layout, where you can:
    1. Edit your areas by either floor or suite number by clicking on the unallocated box.
    2. View your areas that are tenanted or vacant.
