Request Blocked message blocks access — collect details and contact Support
You may see a “Request Blocked” screen when our security stops an action. Gather a screenshot, the reference ID, and your IP address, then send them to Re-Leased Support. We use this information to quickly unblock the request so you can get back to work.
Capture error details
- Take a screenshot of the “Request Blocked” message.
- Copy the reference ID shown on the screen. This code helps our team find the exact block.
- Find your IP address by visiting https://whatismyip.com and copying the IP listed at the top of the page.
Important: Include the exact reference ID from the error screen. It speeds up the fix.
